Job Description
As a Territory Manager for our Moen brand, you will work with an established customer base to meet sales goals by maintaining and growing relationships with wholesalers, dealers, and construction professionals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, be highly autonomous, and able to travel overnight about 1-2 nights a month. You should have a background in growing and maintaining relationships through high-touch communication and knowledge sharing.
This remote position is based in Orlando, Florida. We provide a company car, laptop, and cell phone. The salary range is approximately $70-85K, with a bonus opportunity based on performance.
What You Will Be Doing

  • Selling, servicing, and understanding the needs of wholesalers, contractors, architects, engineers, and home builders under the supervision of the Regional Manager.
  • Implementing merchandising, marketing, and promotional programs to provide solutions to customer needs.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a regular sales call schedule.
  • Participating in wholesaler trade shows.
  • Building positive relationships with customers at all levels, demonstrating integrity and trust.
  • Supporting wholesale and builder market activities with other managers.
  • Maintaining communication and follow-up with key accounts to ensure satisfaction.
  • Supporting the company's marketing philosophy to meet Moen’s vision and mission.
  • Creating and executing a sales plan for the territory to maximize product line sales.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and positive relationship management.
  • Good listening and communication skills, with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to travel and work independently, including non-standard hours.
  • Flexibility to adapt to business opportunities as they arise.
Additional Information
The estimated salary range is $55,000 - $88,000 USD, with potential bonuses or incentives.
