Summary

The Urology Territory Manager for Continence Care implements strategic sales initiatives with key partners in the urology market. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with urology accounts to increase sales of services and products, supporting overall profitability. Candidates must reside within the territory, covering Louisiana, Southern Mississippi, and Mobile, Alabama.

Responsibilities
  1. Meet or exceed urology sales targets.
  2. Communicate effectively about service and product knowledge.
  3. Assess customer needs and develop solutions.
  4. Manage relationships with stakeholders such as Urologists, Nurses, and Medical Assistants.
  5. Interact with advanced urology clinicians.
  6. Penetrate urology call points with service and product offerings.
  7. Maintain and grow existing account penetration.
  8. Plan territory and accounts efficiently, balancing service and product focus.
  9. Complete administrative duties accurately and promptly.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  2. At least 2 years of outside sales experience; healthcare industry experience preferred.
  3. Demonstrated sales traits: competitive, tenacious, fearless, passionate, intelligent.
  4. Experience with Salesforce.com.
  5. Ability to travel up to 25%, including overnight and weekends.
  6. Effective verbal and electronic communication skills.
  7. Teamwork ability.
  8. Sales report and data analysis skills for business planning.
  9. Ability to develop strategies to increase sales within the territory.
  10. Compliance with healthcare environment guidelines.
