Summary

The Continence Care Urology Territory Manager implements strategic selling initiatives with key business partners in the Urology market. This is a field-based position focusing on establishing and building relationships with key urology accounts to increase sales and meet or exceed sales goals in both service and product, supporting overall corporate profitability. Candidates must reside within the territory, which covers areas in the Florida panhandle and Alabama (excluding Mobile).

Responsibilities
  1. Meet or exceed urology sales targets.
  2. Possess and effectively communicate service and product knowledge.
  3. Assess customer needs and develop solutions.
  4. Manage relationships with key stakeholders (Urologists, Nurses, Medical Assistants).
  5. Interact with advanced urology practice clinicians.
  6. Penetrate urology call points with service and product offerings.
  7. Maintain and increase penetration in existing accounts.
  8. Plan territory and accounts effectively, balancing service and product focus.
  9. Complete administrative duties accurately and timely.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  2. At least 2 years of outside sales experience; healthcare industry experience preferred.
  3. Demonstrated sales traits: competitive, tenacious, fearless, passionate, intelligent.
  4. Experience with SalesForce.com.
  5. Ability to travel, including overnight (25%) and weekends.
  6. Effective verbal and electronic communication skills.
  7. Teamwork capability.
  8. Ability to analyze sales reports and develop business plans.
  9. Create strategies to increase sales and meet forecasts.
  10. Operate in compliance with healthcare environment guidelines.
Additional Notes

Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to be considered.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base salary range is $80,000 - $85,000, with variations based on location, experience, and skills. The role is eligible for a sales bonus plan and shares in the Employee Share Ownership Program (BESOP). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, prescription, disability, parental leave, statutory leaves, accident, life insurance, 401(k) with matching, paid time off, holidays, and sick days.
