Role Overview

The Partnerships Team seeks a skilled Territory Manager with roofing supply, manufacturing, or related industry experience to drive partner enablement across North America. The ideal candidate excels in communication, sales, and account management, focusing on partnership strategies, product training, onboarding, and developing long-term relationships to generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage existing relationships and enable sales reps for new opportunities in your territory
  2. Drive partner growth through engagement and enablement programs
  3. Act as the main contact for partners regarding Roofr products
  4. Provide product training and onboarding for new partners
  5. Meet departmental objectives and quotas
  6. Organize community events and meetings
  7. Deliver product updates via training, presentations, and meetings
  8. Travel regularly to partner sites (estimated 1-2 weeks/month)
  9. Manage Roofr’s PRM & CRM for partner updates
  10. Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and resolve issues
Qualifications
  1. 5+ years in account or relationship management
  2. Experience in channel partnerships or roofing supply industries is a plus
  3. Familiarity with CRMs (Hubspot/Salesforce), PRMs, and collaboration tools
  4. Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  6. Effective persuasion, negotiation, and influence skills
