Job summary

Ecolab, part of the Textile Care team, is recruiting for a Commercial Laundry - Territory Manager position. You will consult with commercial laundry customers to improve linen quality, boost efficiency, and promote sustainability.

You’ll be the face of Ecolab to a diverse client base including independent laundries and corporate accounts across hospitality, food service, and retail sectors. You will develop strategic sales plans, partner with plant managers, deliver impactful presentations, and

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic work plans for sales and service/consultation calls with new and existing customers.
• Partner with plant managers and other key personnel to understand their operations and laundry challenges.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations on Ecolab's laundry products, processes & programs to increase operating efficiencies.
• Cultivate long-term relationships that lead to increased sales.
• Provide extensive hands-on product and solution training.
• Troubleshoot laundry machines and dispensing systems.

As a Territory Manager, you will serve as the face of Ecolab for your customers, ranging from independent laundry operations to corporate accounts, including commercial uniform, retail, food & beverage, and hospitality/tourism industries.

What You Will Do:

• Develop strategic work plans for completing sales and service/consultation calls with new and existing customers

• Partner with plant managers and other key personnel to understand their operations and laundry challenges

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations on Ecolab's innovative laundry products and chemicals, processes & programs to increase your customers operating efficiencies

• Cultivate long-term relationships that will lead to increased sales

• Provide extensive hands-on product and solution training

• Leverage your technical aptitude as you troubleshoot laundry machines and dispensing systems

Position Details:

• This position is based in San Diego, CA

• Territory covers 90-mile radius

• <25% overnight travel required

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Flexibility to work emergency calls at night, on weekends, and over holidays

• Position requires a current and valid driver's license
