Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Commercial Laundry – Territory Manager to consult with and support commercial laundry customers, improving linen quality, efficiency, and sustainability. You will be the face of Ecolab for diverse clients from independent laundries to corporate accounts across industries such as hospitality and retail.

You will develop strategic sales plans, train customers on innovative wash programs, and build lasting relationships to drive growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• 10% overnight travel is required.

• Flexibility to work emergency calls at night, on weekends, and over holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic work plans for sales and service/consultation calls with new and existing customers.
• Partner with plant managers and other key personnel to understand operations and laundry challenges.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations on Ecolab's laundry products, processes and programs to increase operating efficiencies.
• Cultivate long-term relationships to increase sales.
• Provide extensive hands-on product and solution training.
• Leverage technical aptitude to troubleshoot laundry machines and dispensing systems.

Join Ecolab's industry leading Textile Care team as aCommercial Laundry – Territory Manager. You will make a positive impact on our commercial laundry customers as you provide expert consultation and solutions that improve linen quality, boost operating efficiencies and enhance sustainability. As a Territory Manager, you will serve as the face of Ecolab for your customers, ranging from independent laundry operations to corporate accounts, including commercial uniform, retail, food & beverage, and hospitality/tourism industries.

What You Will Do:

• Develop strategic work plans for completing sales and service/consultation calls with new and existing customers
• Partner with plant managers and other key personnel to understand their operations and laundry challenges
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations on Ecolab's innovative laundry products and chemicals, processes & programs to increase your customers operating efficiencies
• Cultivate long-term relationships that will lead to increased sales
• Provide extensive hands-on product and solution training
• Leverage your technical aptitude as you troubleshoot laundry machines and dispensing systems

Position Details:

• This position is based in Las Vegas, NV
• Territory covers 100-mile radius
• 10% overnight travel required

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility to work emergency calls at night, on weekends, and over holidays
• Position requires a current and valid driver’s license
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
• Drive a company vehicle as required to perform job duties (pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks will be performed to determine eligibility to drive a company vehicle)
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Vocational/Technical or bachelor’s degree
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, influence customers and build trust
• Previous chemical sales experience, commercial laundry industry/operations, or plant management experience
• 2+ years’ relevant work or military experience
• 1+ year of applied mechanical problem-solving experience (i.e., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or mechanical trouble shooting experience)

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The total Compensation range for this position is $84,300-$126,400 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
