Job summary

Ecolab's Textile Care team is seeking a Commercial Laundry - Territory Manager to serve customers in the Kansas Territory. You will consult, provide solutions to improve linen quality, efficiency, and sustainability, and act as the face of Ecolab for independent laundries and corporate accounts across multiple industries.

Based in Topeka/Wichita, KS with a 25% overnight travel requirement, you will lead sales calls, train staff, and build lasting relationships while leveraging technical

• Cultivate long-term relationships that will lead to increased sales.
• Provide extensive hands‑on product and solution training.
• Leverage your technical aptitude as you troubleshoot laundry machines and dispensing systems.

Join Ecolab's industry leading Textile Care team as a Commercial Laundry - Territory Manager in the Kansas Territory. As a Territory Manager, you will serve as the face of Ecolab for your customers, ranging from independent laundry operations to corporate accounts, including commercial uniform, retail, food & beverage, and hospitality/tourism industries.

What You Will Do:

Position Details:

• This position is based in Topeka KS, Wichita KS, and Springfield MI
• Territory covers a 250-mile radius
• Approx 25% overnight travel required

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
• Ability to travel regularly, with 25% overnight travel required
• Flexibility to work emergency calls at night, on weekends, and over holidays
• Valid driver's license & acceptable MVR

Preferred Qualifications:

• Vocational/Technical or bachelor's degree
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, influence customers and build trust
• Previous chemical sales experience, commercial laundry industry/operations, or plant management experience
• 2 years' relevant work or military experience
• 1 year of applied mechanical problem‑solving experience (i.e., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or mechanical trouble shooting experience)

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The total Compensation range for this position is $84,300-$126,400 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
