Job summary

Gwequip in Greensboro, NC seeks a driven Field Sales Representative to prospect and develop new business within an assigned territory. You will sell new and used industrial equipment from the G&W Equipment portfolio, build strong customer relationships, and support capital equipment purchasing decisions.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years outside sales experience in related B2B industries, strong communication and negotiation skills, and comfort with cold calling.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience in material handling, construction, or a related B2B industry.
• Proven success in developing and managing a sales territory.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of basic financial principles and margins.
• Persistent and self-motivated with a high sense of urgency.
• Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and familiar with CRM systems.
