What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage strong relationships with HVAC contractors and B2B clients within your assigned territory
• Drive sales growth through strategic outreach, consultative selling, and solution-based account management
• Identify new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline of prospective customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from quote to delivery
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and customer needs
• Represent AC Supply Co. at industry events, trade shows, and training sessions

What You Bring

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the HVAC or building supply industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems a plus (but not required)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
