State of Arkansas is seeking a Marketing and Sales Representative (MSR) to promote and sell OAL lottery products. This position oversees a designated field territory, ensuring consistent retailer service and serving as the primary contact between retailers and the OAL.

The MSR will travel to retailers and vendors, train staff on games, address complaints, recruit new retailers, and oversee licensing. Strong relationship building, data analysis, and goal-driven sales are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but a HS diploma with 3 years sales or customer service experience may substitute.
• Outside sales/territory management experience in retail or convenience store environments preferred.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned field territory and ensure consistent service to retailers.
• Train retailers on lottery games and address retailer/customer issues.
• Recruit new retailers and assist with licensing/compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors to maintain workflow and promotional materials.
• Prepare and review sales reports and communicate updates to regional management.
