Job summary

Aramark is seeking a remote-based business development professional to build and qualify net-new opportunities within a designated territory, supporting the Director of Business Development. This role emphasizes outbound prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management to fuel qualified opportunities for the DBD.

The candidate will operate in a remote capacity, with up to 80% travel within Wyoming, Montana, and Colorado, and will not own final pricing or contract decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years outside, quota-bearing B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience selling to middle-market/large accounts with multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar).
• BA/BS degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build pipeline independently within assigned territory.
• Qualify opportunities before handing off to the DBD.
• Hit quarterly and annual lead-generation and pipeline quotas.
• Coordinate with internal resources; not owning final pricing or contract decisions.
• Develop and execute a territory prospecting strategy.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline in CRM.
• Report market and competitive intelligence to leadership.
