Labcorp is seeking a Field-based Key Account Executive to cover Florence, SC, with responsibilities spanning account management, customer service, and upselling within an assigned territory. The role requires educating clients, liaising with operations, and driving retention and growth.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of outside sales or account management experience, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and the ability to travel overnight.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years outside sales or account management experience.
• Proven success managing a book of business.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Superior customer service skills and ability to build trust-based relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel overnight as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Educate, instruct and upsell all assigned accounts in the territory.
• Act as liaison between client and Labcorp operations.
• Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to customers.
• Ensure customer retention with superior service.
• Recommend client-focused solutions.
• Manage client day-to-day operations.
• Upsell current book of business to grow revenue.
• Collaborate with senior sales reps to grow the book.
• Provide educational material to clients.
• Resolve customer issues promptly.
• Meet or exceed monthly retention and upsell goals.
