Labcorp is seeking a field based Key Account Executive to cover Florence, SC and surrounding areas. The role focuses on educating and upselling accounts, serving as the bridge to Labcorp operations, and delivering ongoing service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in outside sales or account management, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. Travel may be required to support the territory.

Qualifications

• Educational background: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of outside sales or account management experience.

Responsabilités

• Educate, instruct and upsell all assigned and newly generated accounts in an assigned territory.
• Act as a liaison between the client and the Labcorp operations team in relation to client needs.
• Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to customer base.
• Ensure customer retention by providing superior customer service.
• Upsell current book of business to increase organic growth.
• Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals on a regular basis.
