Darkhorse Tech in Austin, TX is seeking a Territory Account Manager to expand and manage our dental IT client base. You will visit clients, identify needs, present IT solutions, and close deals in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, plus a technical background. This hybrid role requires ~75% field work and a strong work ethic. Benefits include medical, 401(k), PTO, and dental coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be based out of and work from San Antonio, TX or Austin, TX.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills required.
• Technical background helpful for IT products and services.
• Ability to de-escalate customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Reports Directly to the VP of Sales.
• Analyze client data to identify solutions (i.e. VOIP, Cloud, HIPAA, Software, etc.).
• Schedule and perform QBR.
• Resolve conflicts between client, support or billing.
• Prepare proposals for add/move/change work.
• Enhance client relationships and retention.
• Build a network of referral sources.
• Face-to-face client visits as needed.
• Review monthly reports to identify escalated tickets and drive solutions.
