Work closely with technical and sales teams to ensure high-quality service and project delivery. This hybrid role requires strong communication and multitasking to manage field and office responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be based out of and work from Dallas, TX.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to de-escalate situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with a business-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with IT concepts and services in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Visit existing and potential clients, identify cultural fit, assess needs, present solutions, and close deals.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure high‑quality service and project delivery.
• Schedule and conduct QBRs and review monthly reports to address escalations and optimize outcomes.
• Prepare proposals for add/move/change work and strengthen client relationships.
• Build a network of referral sources and support field activities with a proactive approach.
