Job summary

Pacira BioSciences, Inc. seeks an Account Manager to drive territory growth by positioning Pacira’s pain-management portfolio with hospitals and surgical centers.

You will leverage clinical data, relationships with surgeons and procurement teams, and a strategic plan to exceed revenue targets and expand product adoption. The role requires strong presentation skills, CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel extensively, including overnight trips, to manage accounts and educate clinicians within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university required.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of direct selling experience to hospitals and healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device or health care industry.
• Minimum 1 year experience selling in the OR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify target markets in accordance with organizational strategy using account-based approaches and available dashboards.
• Exceed corporate revenue objectives within a defined geography.
• Engage surgeons, anesthesiologists, and healthcare staff to adopt Pacira products in accounts.
• Develop and maintain product expertise across Pacira portfolio.
• Plan and execute face-to-face sales meetings with physicians and staff to close business.
