Job summary

Bridge Hospice is seeking a Hospice Consultant for a full-time role in Riverside, CA. You will establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, gather and organize account information, and support new business development within your assigned territory.

The position requires market understanding, the ability to drive marketing initiatives, and leadership in strategic planning. A minimum of 3 years in healthcare marketing and a valid California driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least three years of health care marketing management and/or home care operations experience; at least one year sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrates ability to supervise professional and administrative personnel; strong communication and public relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market assessments and develop a comprehensive marketing plan to meet budgetary volume projections.
• Employ marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
• Builds and monitors community, customer, payer and patient perceptions of Bridge Hospice as a high-quality provider of services.
• Maintains comprehensive knowledge of Bridge hospice markets and government agencies, major payer groups, and competitors.
• Leads strategic planning to identify opportunities for expanded or improved services within the territory.
• Ensures adherence to attendance and reliability guidelines.
