Job summary

Red Rock Pharmacy LLC is seeking a motivated territory sales representative to join our Northern California compounding pharmacy team. You will manage and expand business within an assigned geographic area, building relationships with physicians, clinics, and other referral sources.

This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, a proven sales track record in healthcare marketing or pharmaceuticals, and willingness to travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, healthcare marketing, pharmaceuticals, or compound pharmacy marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proven track record in sales with a focus on achieving targets.
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel (approximately 40%).
• Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration, or related field (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish relationships with healthcare professionals (physicians, clinics, wellness centers, and other referral sources).
• Conduct sales visits, presentations, and educational meetings to promote pharmacy services.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and patient engagement.
• Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.
• Attend industry events and community engagements to build professional connections.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
• Ensure all marketing efforts adhere to pharmaceutical regulations and ethical guidelines.
