Job summary

Red Rock Pharmacy LLC in Southern California is seeking a motivated territory sales representative to expand business for our compounding pharmacy services. You will identify and cultivate relationships with physicians, clinics, and other referral sources, and conduct sales visits, presentations, and educational meetings to promote our pharmacist services.

This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and the ability to travel about 40% across the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales within healthcare or pharmacy marketing.
• Ability to build relationships with physicians, clinics, and referral sources.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish relationships with healthcare professionals within assigned territory.
• Conduct sales visits, presentations, and educational meetings to promote services.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel approximately 40% to cover territory.
• Adhere to pharmaceutical regulations and ethics.
