Job summary

Red Rock Pharmacy in Southern California is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will manage relationships with physicians, clinics, and referral sources, and drive pharmacy services through targeted outreach.

Expect travel ~40%, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven sales record in healthcare marketing. This is a full-time role based in Los Angeles with growth opportunities within Home Caregivers Partnership family.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in healthcare or pharma marketing.
• Valid driver’s license and ~40% travel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and establish relationships with healthcare professionals (physicians, clinics, wellness centers, and other potential referral sources).
• Sales & Outreach: Conduct sales visits, presentations, and educational meetings to promote pharmacy services.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and patient engagement.
• Account Management: Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
• Networking: Attend industry events and community engagements to build professional connections.
• Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
• Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all marketing efforts adhere to pharmaceutical regulations and ethical guidelines.
