Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer success, field service, or related role.
• Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with facility staff.
• Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between assigned facilities and MedStreamline, ensuring exceptional customer support and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with facility leadership, nursing staff, CNAs, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular facility visits to assess operational needs and ensure successful utilization of MedStreamline services.
• Provide training and ongoing support to facility staff regarding MedStreamline equipment.
• Identify customer needs and communicate recommendations to internal teams.
• Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment.
• Coordinate replacement equipment, parts, and service requests to minimize disruptions.
• Manage multiple facility accounts across an assigned territory and provide regular reports to leadership.
