Qualifications

• Experience in account management and customer success across healthcare facilities.
• Strong troubleshooting, scheduling, and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within an assigned territory and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary liaison between facilities and MedStreamline, ensuring excellent support and retention.
• Perform routine equipment checks, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Manage multiple facilities, provide training, and ensure successful utilization of services.
