Job summary

The Recovery Village in Dallas/Fort Worth seeks a Community Outreach Sales Associate to connect people with life-changing care. You will build a network of referral partners, including hospitals, providers, and community organizations, and grow a territory through ethical, relationship-based outreach.

You will develop consultative relationships, represent a nationally recognized behavioral health organization, and drive admissions while maintaining regular communication with referral sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, sales, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum one year of business development or relationship management experience.
• Experience in behavioral healthcare preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a territory of referral partners including hospitals and providers
• Build consultative relationships and serve as a trusted resource in behavioral healthcare
• Drive admissions through ethical, relationship-based outreach
• Represent The Recovery Village within your market
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral sources
