The Recovery Village in Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX market is seeking a Business Development Representative (Community Outreach Sales Associate) to connect people to life-changing behavioral healthcare services.

You will manage a territory of referral partners, build consultative relationships, and drive admissions through ethical outreach. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least one year in business development or referral relations, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, sales, business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in business development, referral relations, or relationship management required.
• Experience in the behavioral healthcare industry preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently.
• Passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record that meets safety and company insurance standards.

• Associate level starting at $75,000+ base salary
