You will build and manage broker relationships, create pipeline, and partner with underwriting to convert opportunities into booked business. This remote, startup-minded role emphasizes outbound prospecting, disciplined territory execution, and measurable growth; travel within the territory is expected as the business expands

Qualifications

• Experience in account development or business development in insurance or revenue-adjacent roles.
• Comfort with outbound prospecting and proactive relationship building.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (phone, Zoom, email).
• Ability to operate independently in a remote, startup environment.
• Organized, disciplined, and metrics-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Actively build a sales pipeline in a defined geographic territory.
• Develop and execute a territory growth plan aligned with company objectives.
• Identify high-potential brokers, agencies, and partners within the region.
• Expand distribution through targeted outbound prospecting (≈65% outbound).
• Manage relationships and convert opportunities with underwriting and leadership.
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline reporting.
