Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a licensed retail insurance agent.
• Minimum 5 years of team management in an insurance agency or similar.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and grow sales and service teams.
• Experience with Momentum AMS and HubSpot CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of producers and CSRs to meet sales goals.
• Assist producers with closing large accounts.
• Set expectations, track performance, and coach staff.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor new team members for growth and culture.
• Develop annual sales plans and monitor pipeline and performance.
• Support cross-selling and client retention strategies.
• Ensure Momentum and CRM workflows are optimized for efficiency.
