Ophelia Health is seeking a full-time Territory Manager to initiate and develop relationships with community partners to support patients with opioid use disorder (OUD). You will be the face of Ophelia in local communities, traveling regularly to build a high-volume referral network that guides patients to our telehealth treatment and supports clinicians and programs you partner with.

Based in Buffalo with travel to nearby counties, you will collaborate across marketing, clinical and operations

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Development/Management, Medical Sales, or Account Management.
• Grit, autonomy, and a self-starter who can plan and execute a territory strategy.
• Strong prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building skills with travel readiness.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full partnership lifecycle: identify, prospect, and pitch new referral sources.
• Nurture and scale existing partnerships to become long-term advocates for Ophelia.
• Use CRM tools to track activity, conversions, and ROI on outreach.
• Spend most time in the field meeting healthcare providers and community leaders.
• Collect and analyze feedback to refine referral strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, commercial, clinical, product, and operations teams.
