Job summary

Ophelia is seeking an Advanced Practice Practitioner to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients receiving MOUD through our telehealth platform and a focused mental health support menu.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team including clinicians, nurses, and care coordinators to conduct intake and follow-up visits, ensuring patient-centered treatment and accessible care for diverse populations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an APP.
• Passion for serving vulnerable populations.
• Willing to learn MOUD through a telehealth platform.
• Full-time work in a fast-paced, innovative startup that values patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to patients receiving MOUD and related mental health care via telehealth.
• Collaborate with clinicians, triage nurses, and care coordinators to deliver compassionate, evidence-based treatment.
• Conduct Intake visits and/or follow-up visits depending on role type.
• Work within a team-based model to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
