Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED with relevant retail management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or four years related experience preferred; equivalent combination accepted.
• 5+ years in retail management with P&L, budgeting, forecasting, client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct management and leadership to remote Area Managers and Merchandisers.
• Collaborate with Regional Leadership on sales growth and retail projects.
• Travel within geography to address opportunities impacting retail business.
• Manage store routing coverage, staffing, and project assignments to meet goals and budgets.
• Review daily territory performance reports and develop plans for improvement.
• Lead hiring, train, and develop staff; oversee 30/60/90-day plans.
• Conduct weekly business reviews and communicate priorities to the team.
