Job summary

Bioventus LLC seeks a Territory Manager II to drive sales for pain treatments across orthopedics. You will consult with healthcare professionals, deliver clinical information, and execute territory plans to meet quotas for products like Durolane, Gelsyn, SupartzFX, and XCELL PRP.

You will train customers, navigate IDN networks, and ensure compliant field operations while managing CRM updates and field expenses.

Qualifications

4 year college degree or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of proven sales experience with quota, preferably in biotech, life science, pharma, medical devices or related industry.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Proficient computer skills (CRM system, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory business plan to achieve sales quota for assigned products.
Develop and maintain product knowledge and sales processes for assigned products.
Identify and navigate opportunities within large physician practices and IDN networks.
Conduct clinical in-service training programs with customers adhering to compliance protocols.
Educate healthcare providers and staff on proper use of products in clinic settings.
Assist with market surveys, product idea evaluations, and competitive research.
Adhere to inventory and sample control processes, including regulatory compliance.
Stay current with company communications and technology (email, voicemail, meetings).
Complete daily CRM entries and timely submission of expenses; finish required training on deadlines.
