Seven Executive Limited is seeking Regional Sales Managers in the United States for packaging machinery, food processing equipment, and inspection technology sectors. The role focuses on growing market presence in Texas, the Southeast, and Michigan/Indiana with significant travel across Chicagoland and surrounding states.

You will build strong relationships with customers, develop opportunities, and lead technically complex sales processes from prospecting to close.

Qualifications

• Experience selling capital equipment into manufacturing, food processing or packaging environments.
• Industry knowledge of packaging machinery, food processing equipment, and inspection systems is preferred.
• Consultative, relationship-led salesperson with strong territory development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy across the assigned US territory.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and accounts.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, service, marketing and internal sales teams.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Travel extensively within the territory.
