Stine Seed Company, a leading national seed company, is seeking a Retail Account Manager to cover Brookings, Codington, and Brown counties. The role focuses on growing sales with retail dealers, expanding brand presence, and delivering agronomic support.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of ag retail and seed sales experience, strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision to meet goals. A company vehicle and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of ag retail and seed sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques, strong negotiation skills and obstacle overcoming abilities.

Responsabilités

• Promote Stine Seed Company to increase sales and brand awareness with retail dealers.
• Provide dealers with updated product data, agronomics, and promotional materials.
• Develop and maintain agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine Seed products.
• Prospect and recruit key retail dealers; create annual goals for corn and soybeans.
• Visit key retail locations and conduct on-site dealer visits weekly.
• Report on account forecasts and sales performance.
