Job summary

The Chefs’ Warehouse is recruiting a driven Sales Associate to represent our award-winning portfolio of specialty ingredients. You will build and maintain relationships with restaurants, caterers, hotels and retailers while delivering outstanding customer service and solutions-driven service.

Travel across assigned regions to call on clients, showcase our products, and secure orders. A college degree is preferred but not required; a high-energy, proactive, team-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in restaurant sales or food/catering sales; chef experience desired.
• High energy, enthusiastic, a strong team player, proactive.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by developing new business and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
• Travel within assigned territory to call on customers and secure orders.
• Present products with samples or catalogs to meet customer needs.
• Quote prices and terms to prepare contracts for orders.
• Maintain records and update internal systems; manage account receivables.
