Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking an Outside Food Sales Representative to cultivate relationships, develop new business, and provide innovative solutions within the assigned territory. You’ll manage existing accounts, pursue new customers, and drive sales performance through a mix of salary, commission, and bonuses.

Based in Spring Hill/Columbia TN and surrounding areas, the role offers base salary $75k-$115k plus a strong benefits package, a generous 401(k), and expense reimbursement programs to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or culinary certificate preferred.
• 1 year of prior sales, business, or food service experience.
• Maintaining a valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain your food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Researching and pursuing new customers within the territory.
• Deepen and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinate sales territory management and visits.
• Provide ongoing training and knowledge transfer about Gordon Food Service products.
