Job summary

Gordon Food Service invites you to join our sales team in Auburn, AL, where you’ll drive overall sales and relationships with existing and prospective customers within your territory. You will pursue new business, deepen current accounts, and manage weekly to monthly visits to ensure growth and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree and/or culinary certificate preferred.
• 1 year of prior sales, business, or food service experience.
• Valid state driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to obtain food safety certification.
• Veterans and active military encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall sales and relationship management efforts for the assigned territory.
• Pursue new customers and grow sales within the territory.
• Visit customers on a regular cadence (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly).
• Provide ongoing training to customers on Gordon Food Service products.
• Coordinate order status and updates to customers.
