ServiceMASTER, Oviedo, Florida, is seeking a Sales and Marketing Representative to drive growth for our restoration services. The role involves building relationships with agents, adjusters, and property managers, and promoting our services to residential and commercial clients.

You will engage in developing marketing strategies, tracking outcomes against goals, and traveling as needed to meet prospects and customers. A strong emphasis on communication and presentation skills is required.

ServiceMASTER, the nation's leader in the disaster restoration services is seeking a Sales and Marketing Representative for our Oviedo, Florida location.

When disaster strikes, ServiceMASTER is the link between the insurance company, their customer and total satisfaction. We minimize business interruptions by quickly analyzing the problem, providing a professional assessment of the damage, determining the services needed for complete restoration, reviewing the scope of services with the adjuster, finishing the job on time, and following up to ensure total satisfaction.

DUTIES

• Identifies potential prospects that could need our services
• Develops relationships with agents, adjusters, property managers and professional organizations
• Sells and markets ServiceMaster Restore to both residential and commercial line insurance carriers and other potential prospects
• Sells and markets ServiceMaster Restore to commercial property managers and other organizations
• Assists in developing marketing strategy for potential new accounts
• Ensures tracking of sales results on a consistent basis in relation to established goals
• Consistently working to develop new relationships in the insurance industry
• Hosting outings for current customers
• Some travel is required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Sales and Marketing experience required
• Familiarity with the restoration industry is a plus
• Must be self-motivated
• Must have strong communication and presentation skills
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office software
• Prior insurance restoration marketing a plus
• Must be able to travel
• Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Must have the ability to work within team environment
• Must have the ability to develop written correspondence and also make oral presentations
• Must possess excellent written and verbal skills
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
