Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Field Sales Pro to cover the Wichita, Kansas territory. You will optimize full-cycle sales, consult with coaches, and travel locally to schools and organizations.

The role requires B2B outside sales experience or coaching background, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in a hybrid home-office and field setting with evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (sports/fitness background preferred).
• Associates degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid license, insurance, and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches in the assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Qualify leads and drive opportunities through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management and activity tracking.
• Increase sales across sports and levels within the territory.
