Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY - THE RECOGNIZED LEADER IN TEAM ATHLETIC GEAR is seeking a Field Sales Pro to optimize full-cycle sales in a defined territory. The role covers home office, schools, and events with 2–5 days per week local travel.

You will service coaches, generate revenue, develop leads, and manage CRM to drive opportunities. A vehicle and valid license are required for this hybrid, territory-based position.

Qualifications

• Must show autonomy in managing tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and team.
• Solid time management to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative service to coaches in the territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets in the assigned region.
• Develop and qualify leads through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management, and tracking activities.
• Grow sales in existing accounts across sports and levels.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage account list and travel locally within the territory.
