Job summary

BSN Sports, LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking a Field Sales Professional to drive full-cycle territory sales with schools, clubs, and community programs.

This hybrid role combines home-office work with on-site visits; evenings and weekends may be required; travel 2-5 days per week.

You will leverage CRM data, prospect new business, and expand multi-sport relationships while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (sporting goods preferred).
• Or coaching/sports-related background.
• Must own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier, consultative service to coaches in the assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads via cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM to manage prospects, accounts, and activities.
• Increase sales across all sports and levels within accounts.
• Leverage data insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Travel locally to schools and organizations within territory.
• Maintain strong relationships with program leaders and coaches.
