BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY in Columbus, OH is seeking a Field Sales Professional. This hybrid role focuses on consultative sales to schools, clubs, and community programs within the assigned territory.

You will manage full-cycle sales from prospecting to post-sale service, using CRM tools and data-driven planning. The role emphasizes local travel (2–5 days/week), evenings/weekends as needed, and targets across all sports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (sporting goods preferred).
• Associate degree or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative, best-in-class service to schools and programs within the territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM and manage accounts, activity, and data.
• Increase sales across all sports and levels within existing accounts.
• Travel locally 2–5 days per week; some overnight travel possible.
