GardaWorld Cash Services in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Field Sales Representative to expand our presence with local and regional commercial customers. This hunter role emphasizes opening doors, building relationships, and closing profitable business.

You will develop your territory through face-to-face prospecting, consultative selling, and targeted outreach, traveling locally to meet clients and deliver GardaWorld solutions for secure cash handling, automation, and reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Proven success in B2B/outside sales or new-business development.
• Ability to generate leads independently, build a pipeline, and close customers.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence initiating conversations with prospective customers through face-to-face and telephone outreach.
• Ability to travel regularly within territory and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a new-business sales strategy for an assigned geographic territory.
• Identify high-potential prospects, industries, and commercial areas within the market.
• Build a qualified sales pipeline through in-person prospecting, telephone outreach, referrals, networking, and other lead-generation activities.
• Establish relationships with decision-makers at local, regional, and multi-location businesses.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospective customers’ cash-handling practices, operational challenges, and business priorities.
• Present GardaWorld Cash Services capabilities, including secure cash transportation, deposit solutions, cash automation, cash recycling, and reporting solutions.
• Advance qualified opportunities through the full sales cycle and close profitable new business.
