Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, is seeking a Field Sales Professional in Mobile, AL. You will drive full-cycle sales—from prospecting to account management—while supporting coaches and administrators in schools and community programs.

The role requires 3+ years in B2B outside sales, a reliable vehicle, and strong communication and CRM skills. Hybrid work includes home office and local travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in sporting goods or coaching/sports.
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and clean driving record.
• Hybrid role requiring local travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative customer service to coaches in assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM to support sales activities and account management.
• Grow multi-sport penetration and maintain a strong pipeline.
