Job summary

CooperVision in West Boston, MA is seeking a Field Sales Account Executive to drive growth of our contact lens portfolio. You will penetrate new accounts, build relationships with optometrists and staff, and use a consultative selling approach to expand market share.

This role requires independence, a proven track record in B2B sales, and willingness to travel up to 80% within the territory. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to meet quotas and advance to senior sales

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B sales experience in any industry.
• Tangible product sales experience desirable.
• You have experience exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed projected sales goals based on the territory quota.
• Maximize time management skills efficiently to use opportunities in all stages of the sales funnel.
• Use a disciplined approach on a daily basis to sell to uncover and meet customer needs.
• Maintain territory call cycle; approx. 5-7 pre-set appointments per workday.
• Dedicated to meeting customer needs quickly and accurately; respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Navigate sales and internal tools quickly (Salesforce, Showpad, Tableau).
• Develop new business within geographic territory.
• Maintain technical proficiency with CVI products and competitive products.
• Keep current with industry trends and analysis; Health Product Research data.
