Job summary

CooperVision, a division of CooperCompanies, is seeking a Field Sales Account Executive to drive growth in the Burlington, VT / Keane, NH territory. This role focuses on building relationships with optometrists and staff, expanding market share, and meeting revenue objectives within the assigned region.

The candidate will travel up to 80% across the territory, operate with a consultative selling approach, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Professional Affairs, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed territory sales goals.
• Maintain territory call cycle with 5-7 pre-set appointments per day.
• Develop business and grow market share within Burlington, VT / Keane, NH territory.
• Use CVI sales tools and CRM for reporting.
• Travel within territory up to 80%.
• Prepare account business plans with Regional Director.
