Job summary

Stryker in Ann Arbor, MI seeks an Associate Sales Representative to support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across operating rooms and clinics.

You will partner with an experienced Sales Representative, help with product evaluations and clinical procedures, educate surgeons and staff, manage inventory, track activities, and participate in training to advance your career in a global medical technology leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in outside sales or related roles.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or B2B sales is a plus.
• Experience in fast-paced, team-based environments is preferred.

Our Craniomaxillofacial portfolio includes solutions used in trauma, reconstruction, and craniofacial procedures, supporting surgeons in delivering precise care. This role includes shared responsibility for supporting customer needs outside of standard business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with coverage requirements varying by territory.

What You Will Do

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory including but not limited to customer sites, healthcare facilities, and business meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outside sales, field sales, business development, account management, customer success, territory management, or a customer-facing role.
• Experience managing responsibilities through work experience, athletics, academic programs, military service, or leadership activities.
• Exposure to medical device, healthcare, clinical, life sciences, business-to-business sales, or other performance-driven environments.
• Experience supporting customers in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

$70,000-$80,000 salary and may be eligible to earn a bonus + benefits
