Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable in-store execution. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, maintain standards, and ensure stores align with company expectations while promoting iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit across the territory.

You will represent the company in stores, deliver strong customer service to store teams, capture display photos, and document execution.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with valid state driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Able to travel across assigned markets and perform physical duties (lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally more).
• Live within geographical boundaries of the team and flexible for weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence to support Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Deliver strong customer service to store teams while reinforcing standards and expectations.
• Execute daily coverage with merchandising and order writing excellence, including photos and documentation.
• Implement promotional displays and maintain brand visibility according to RTM plans.
• Follow schedules set by the District Manager or RTM to ensure efficient territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution and collaboration.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
• Develop leadership skills for future advancement and ensure safety and compliance in driving and lifting activities.
