Job summary

West Fraser is seeking a driven field sales and marketing professional to support an assigned US Central Time Zone territory. You will represent West Fraser wood products in home, multi-family and commercial markets, serving as a tech resource and building key customer relationships.

You will help design regional marketing programs, promote products to pro-dealers and builders, and collaborate with inside/outside teams to achieve revenue targets while promoting growth opportunities within the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, sales, construction, or building products.
• 2–5 years in home construction, building materials, sales, or marketing.
• Knowledge of construction and building materials.
• Strong planning, organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture customer relationships with excellent service and follow-up.
• Assist regional marketing programs with pro-dealers, retail accounts and builders.
• Promote new and existing products to contractor yards and builders.
• Develop product knowledge to support customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with inside sales, management, and marketing to meet revenue goals.
• Collaborate with outside marketing and support staff on territory activities.
• Provide input to territory planning and sales initiatives.
