Job summary

West Fraser in Cordova, TN seeks a field sales and customer service professional to support an assigned US Central Time Zone territory. You will represent West Fraser wood products in the new home, multi-family, and commercial construction markets, serving as a technical resource and product advocate while building strong customer relationships.

You will collaborate with inside sales, marketing, and territory teams to implement regional programs, promote products to contractors and builders, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, construction, or related field.
• 2–5 years in home construction, building materials, sales, or marketing.
• Knowledge of construction and building materials.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentations.
• Strong technical aptitude and people skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Establish, manage, and maintain customer relationships with excellent service and follow-up.
• Support regional marketing programs with pro-dealers, retail accounts, and builders.
• Promote new and existing products to contractor yards and builders.
• Develop product and program knowledge to support customers and internal teams.
• Build relationships with pro-dealers, retail accounts, builders, and industrial customers.
• Provide responsive service and proactive follow-up.
• Collaborate with inside sales, sales management, and marketing to achieve revenue objectives.
• Coordinate territory activities with outside marketing team.
• Contribute input to territory planning discussions and sales/marketing initiatives.
