Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales, business development, customer service, account management, or related experience within the commercial window, door, glazing, or building products industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge of commercial and residential window systems, glazing applications, curtainwall, storefront systems, and related construction products.
• Experience with architects, glazing contractors, fabricators, OEMs, distributors, or manufacturers within the fenestration industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations.
• Works with existing accounts and develops new opportunities to increase Tremco CPG product usage in the territory.
• Manages accounts, develops business opportunities, and maintains strategic initiatives with key decision makers.
• Drives product specifications and project opportunities across the territory.
• Develops trusted partnerships and advisory relationships with customers.
