Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG), part of RPM International Inc., delivers leading building envelope solutions across North America and beyond. This role targets revenue, margin, and product mix objectives by cultivating key manufacturing partner relationships and expanding existing accounts in the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, or Northeast regions.

You will travel nationally to drive opportunities and ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales, business development, customer service, account management, or related experience in commercial window/door/building products.
• Knowledge of commercial/residential window systems, glazing, curtainwall, storefronts and related products.
• Experience with architects, glazing contractors, fabricators, OEMs, distributors, or manufacturers.
• Proven ability to grow sales within accounts and territories.
• Experience with extruded rubber products, gaskets, seals, weatherstripping, or related components is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals and territory plans.
• Develop new account opportunities while expanding Tremco CPG product usage.
• Manage accounts with business development and strategic initiatives.
• Drive product specs and project opportunities across the territory.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and objectives.
• Travel nationally to cover Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast markets.
